From the Horses' Mouth:

Bronco Mike

Not sure why he was left off my list.....oh yeah, I'm really only concerned with whoever our starting C will be (Manny Ramirez), Zane Beadles, and Ryan Clady. I can see the merit of Franklin being on this list especially since he has been the saving grace on that right side in the running game. "Debo" improved dramatically in pass protection last year, managing to clean up his technique. If he had to miss and Chris Clark had to step in, it would definitely be a downgrade in quality for the Broncos front 5. His issues with the speed rush still worry me, and I think we'll see some of that come week 1 when Elvis Dumervil comes back into town. Regardless, Franklin is a quality player and has plugged some of the leaks he had coming out of college.

Big "I will cook you under the table" Pete

Orlando Franklin is a complete BEAST in the run game. With out current like issues, we need all the anchors we can get, and Franklin is definitely one of those anchors. His pass protection has gotten better and better, and I look forward to seeing him opposite of Clady for the next decade! Viva Le Franklin!!!!

Orlando Franklin brings a nasty demeanor and physical presence at the right tackle position the Broncos haven't had in years. He has been a stalwart in the rush game with his power and movement off the line. I look forward to him taking the next step forward to refine his pass protection skills and cement himself as a top player at his position in his third year with the franchise.
