The Denver Broncos signed outside linebacker Adrian Robinson to their 53 man roster and to make room, they cut running back Jacob Hester.
Hester was regarded by some as a long shot to make the roster after the early announcement yesterday that undrafted rookie running back C.J. Anderson would make the final cut. It was surprising to see Hester as the fifth running back listed.
He is entering his sixth season in the NFL, he finished 2012 with 17 attempts for 81 yards (4.8 avg.), two touchdowns and five first downs in three games.
