Week 3 Open Thread: The Late Games

Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

What an exciting Week 3 so far and now we have a couple of huge games this afternoon that should be fun to watch. Are the Miami Dolphins for real or a fraud? I think the latter, but if they bring down the Atlanta Falcons, then I may switch my opinion.

Andrew Luck goes to face his old college coach against the San Francisco 49ers. I certainly don't envy that task, since he'll be going up against an angry football team looking for redemption after getting embarrassed by a division rival.

My biggest surprise in these late games is that I think the Pittsburgh Steelers dig deep for their first win of the season. The stats and film say this shouldn't happen, but this is the NFL ... lots of things happen every week that shouldn't happen.
