So far so good for Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos. That last red zone turnover was disappointing and a huge missed opportunity. Let's hope that doesn't come back to bite this team int he behind in the second half. The biggest thing the Broncos need now is to come out in the third quarter and score a touchdown. Doing so will sap any belief the San Diego Chargers may still have.
On the defensive side of the ball, the Broncos need to keep the pressure on Philip Rivers. However, more importantly, they need to keep Ryan Mathews bottled up. The wind direction changes teams again by the fourth quarter, so some points are needed big time right out of the gates for the Broncos.
Here's to another hugely dominating quarter. Let's go Broncos!
