Via 7News:
Ronnie Hillman, a Denver Broncos running back, has been cited for multiple traffic infractions and may have to miss at least a portion of practice next week for a court date.
Hillman, 22, was pulled over Nov. 23 in Arapahoe County for expired license plate tags and for driving while under restraint, which is a misdemeanor, according to court records.
Despite it being a misdemeanor, a driving while under restraint conviction is punishable by as much as six months in prison, according to Colorado statutes.
This past week Hillman saw significant snaps as Broncos rested some of their starters at the skill position. He fought himself back to 3rd string after spending much of the year inactive due to fumbling issues. If Hillman has to miss practice time as the Broncos prepare for their yet to be determined opponent, it will not be a big setback to the team.
MHR will keep you updated.
