Terrell Davis on Super Bowl Media Day

QUOTE - The Broncos great and current NFL Network analyst discussed his experiences at Super Bowl Media Day.

Ron Chenoy-USA TODAY Sports

Denver Broncos Ring of Fame running back Terrell Davis appeared on NFL Network this morning - he's an analyst there, after all - and dished on his experiences as a Super Bowl contender at Media Day. Here's what he had to say.

"You're gonna get asked every single question," Davis said. "You've got to be careful of the guys who get in the room who are trying to trip you up. They have comedians who are here who are not reporters. They'll ask you questions that are not related to football, and you've got to be careful with those questions.

"I was also aware of the media and the job that they have to do, so I was cordial," Davis continued. "I was trying to give good answers without too much information, knowing that they had to write something. So it wasn't that bad; it was actually good to be at the podium because you know people were going to talk to you.

"Other than that it was a normal day, about an hour. It was pretty painless."

Pretty standard, and if current Broncos take this same mindset to Media Day, they'll be just fine.

Broncos Media Day starts on Tuesday, January 28 at 8:30 a.m. MST.
