Four Chiefs Down with Injuries by the Third Quarter

It must be the turf. Three Kansas City Chiefs have gone down with head injuries and one with a leg injury by the middle of the third quarter.

Brandon Flowers is one of four injured Chiefs so far into the third quarter.

Fourteen unanswered points as the Indianapolis Colts comeback from a 31-10 halftime deficit, the biggest news may be the hobbled Kansas City Chiefs though.

If the Chiefs can somehow manage to withstand this onslaught of points the Colts are currently throwing at them, they could be heading to Denver or New England minus as many as four starters (for now).

Jamaal Charles left during Kansas City's first drive with concussion like symptoms, Donnie Avery and Brandon Flowers have all gone down with similar injuries. Wide receiver Junior Hemingway had his leg rolled on while he was engaged in a block with an Indianapolis defender.

The Chiefs are currently holding a ten point lead over the Colts as the fourth quarter begins.
