MHR Review: Gameday Inactives • Scouting Report • Rivalry History • A Complete Game • It's Not 2013 |
The Denver Broncos finally put together a complete game a few days ago against the San Francisco 49ers and are now set to take on the AFC West rival San Diego Chargers on Thursday Night Football. This game will feature two of the elite passing offenses in the NFL with Peyton Manning breaking records and Philip Rivers being as efficient as ever.
Must Reads
The most important matchup, in my mind, will be Von Miller, DeMarcus Ware, and that defensive line getting up in the face of Philip Rivers to force some throws. Rivers is definitely prone to terrible decision making when flustered and pressured. The Chargers will make some plays and score some points, so it all just comes down to keeping Rivers as harassed as possible all night long.
The Broncos defense should easily smother the pathetic rushing attack, so keying up on the passing game is a must tonight. Let's get it done Christ Harris Jr, Aqib Talib and Bradley Roby! Make Philip cry us all a River ... GO BRONCOS!
Prediction: Broncos 31, Chargers 24.
