MHR Review: Injury Report Armchair QB Broadcast Map Rivalry History Game Preview

The Denver Broncos struggled mightily against the Seattle Seahawks two weeks ago for most of the game, but kept it close enough for a huge fourth quarter comeback to tie the game and send it into overtime. Richard Sherman can flap his jaw as much as he wants, but his supreme arrogance will be his undoing and I will lap his tears up like Cartman on a South Park episode when it happens.

That said, the Arizona Cardinals are actually the team holding onto first place in the NFC West right now, but they have been winning in a rather sloppy kind of way. This is a team that Peyton Manning and the Broncos should handle just fine, since the strength of the Cardinals defense is against the run and well, the Broncos don't like to actually run the ball.

Plus, Peyton Manning is like a beast after a Bye Week. Broncos roll today and recapture some of that 2013 offensive greatness in the process.

Prediction: Broncos 34, Cardinals 20.

Late Game Predictions

I could not figure out how the Broncos game was being broadcast even though both the Chargers and 49ers were playing at the same time, then I realized those teams were going to be on CBS today! Can I get a heck yeah?  Heck yeah for Californians!

New York Jets (1-3) at San Diego Chargers (3-1)

Of course the San Diego Chargers would get a cup cake on their schedule to keep ahead of the Broncos for first in the AFC West this week. I'm starting to think these guys are the 2013 Andy Reid's. No way Geno Smith plays good enough to win this game. Prediction: Chargers 30, Jets 9.

Kansas City Chiefs (2-2) at San Francisco 49ers (2-2)

Speaking of the Kansas City Chiefs, what an orgy of point production they had last week to embarrass ole Tom Brady. I enjoyed that actually. Reality should set in this week though or at least it better set in. Prediction: 49ers 24, Chiefs 13.

Cincinnati Bengals (3-0) at New England Patriots (2-2) (SNF)

The public is going to be pounding the Bengals in this game because of how terrible Tom terrific plays last week, but I do believe Tom Brady is perfect the week after an embarrassing loss in his career and he will be in pure F.U. mode in this game. In fact, it could get ugly for the Bengals. On a positive note, the Patriots enter this week in third place in the AFC East. It's okay, you can laugh out loud. Prediction: Patriots 37, Bengals 24.
