From The Courier in Findlay, Ohio (via Mike Klis) -
One person is dead and another was injured at 8:42 a.m. today in a car crash near Ada.
Carla M. Dysert, 56, of Ada, was pronounced dead at the scene and James R. Britt, 30, of Ada, was injured in the crash, according to the Allen County Sheriff’s Office.

Dysert has been excused from practice and is headed to Ohio to be with his family.
Fox: Dysert "very distraught" on the death of his mother in a car accident ... he's returned to Ohio. "He's back there, where he should be."
