Broncos injury report: Emmanuel Sanders, Julius Thomas practice Friday

It was good news at Dove Valley Friday.  Denver Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders, who suffered a concussion in Sunday's 22-7 loss to the Rams, was back at practice, running routes.

While Sanders has been cleared for physical activity, he's still not taking hits. We'll be watching his status in the injury report this afternoon closely.

Tight end Julius Thomas also returned to practice. Thomas suffered an ankle injury during the game, which CBS cameras failed to capture. Well, MHR is here to help (Julius is lined up alongside the right tackle and gets beaten on a block).

Thomas was described as "very limited" and "shaky" by separate media folk, so right now we're more optimistic about Sanders playing than Thomas on Sunday vs. the Dolphins.

Also, bonus good news: Champ Bailey was viewing Denver's practice, and Danny Trevathan is doing the necessaries to be back on the field for practice starting next week.

Stay tuned for the full injury report to come.
