I have been fading the Arizona Cardinals ever since Carson Palmer was injured and with the St. Louis Rams coming off two consecutive shutouts on defense, the fading will continue again this week. In fact, after watching this Rams defense over the last two weeks it doesn't surprise me that the Denver Broncos were held to seven points.

Without an elite quarterback, I just don't see how the Cardinals can continue to hold onto the NFC West. I certainly hope so, as I am personally sick of hearing about the Seattle Seahawks every week. Of course, that could be due to the fact that the other team I am sick of hearing about is the New England Patriots.

Prediction: Rams 20, Cardinals 10.
