Peyton Manning still the favorite to lead NFL in passing touchdowns

The Broncos QB may not be breaking records, but he's still the odds-on favorite to lead the league in touchdown passes.

Ron Chenoy-USA TODAY Sports

Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning has 36 touchdowns entering Week 15, tied for best in the league. That's enough to make him the favorite to win the NFL's passing touchdown title again in 2014, according to Bovada.lv.

The Indianapolis Colts' Andrew Luck also has 36 passing TDs on the year. The Green Bay Packers' Aaron Rodgers is nipping at their heels with 35. The odds to win the passing title look like this:

Peyton Manning (DEN) QB 3/2

Andrew Luck (IND) QB 7/4

Aaron Rodgers (GB) QB 2/1

Other Broncos odds of note

  • The Broncos are currently ranked third in odds to win the Super Bowl behind the Green Bay Packers (13/4) and the New England Patriots (7/2) - Denver's odds are 9/2.
  • Von Miller has the fifth-best odds to lead the NFL in sacks (his 13 sacks are indeed 5th behind Justin Houston's 16).
  • Julius Thomas and Demaryius Thomas are both listed in the race to be the NFL's passing/rushing touchdown king, ranking fifth and eighth respectively.
