Live Blog - Week 14 NFL Early Games Thread

Who do you have this morning? I decided to go with the Bengals, Colts, Lions, Titans, Ravens, Vikings, Saints, Redskins and Texans. And I am not very confident in any of those games. You've got to love a late season crap shoot like this set of games.

Well, we've got a whole lot of uninteresting games today with a bunch of outcomes that will have little to no effect on the Denver Broncos playoff chances as long as the Broncos take care of business this afternoon. That said, we still have to see how things play out.

It would be nice to see one of the NFC South teams scratch their way back to .500 before the seasons over and my money is on the New Orleans Saints getting it done to keep the only sub-.500 team ever to win a division the Seattle Seahawks from a couple of years ago. Let that organization keep that unholy prize.

My two big upset plays here early is the Washington Redskins under Colt McCoy taking down the St. Louis Rams who tend to flop around like a dead fish on the road. I also took the Baltimore Ravens to upset the Miami Dolphins on the road as well, but that prediction could be clouded by my desire to win my Fantasy Football playoff game today with Joe Flacco at quarterback. It was either that or Colin Kaepernick and uhh, no.

Ironically, those two picks are the only two games MHR's Pete Baron and I have different. I look forward to either splitting or taking home the prize this morning.
