Denver Broncos training camp schedule for 2014

Denver Broncos training camp will begin on Thursday, July 24, 2014 with the first public practice taking place on Sunday, July 27th.

Ron Chenoy-USA TODAY Sports

Usually the announcement of Denver's training camp schedule is a day of celebration for Broncos fans.  Local (and faraway) members of Broncos Country can get excited about everything that those public practices have to offer, from scouting that rookie running back, to getting player autographs, to watching Peyton Manning throw.

This year, however, the announcement is a sad reminder that fans won't be getting the same access they have in years past. Due to construction at Dove Valley, most Broncos training camp practices will be closed to the public this year.

The Broncos will hold three stadium practices that are open to the public, including their annual summer scrimmage. Both attendance and parking will be free, with gates opening two hours before the scheduled time (note that times are subject to change, and fans can visit SportsAuthorityFieldAtMileHigh.com for the latest on these practices).

Luckily Mile High Report will be attending some closed practices as credentialed media, so fans can still get first-hand training camp reports right here.
