Chris Harris Jr. passed his physical and has been taken off the PUP list.
— Denver Broncos (@Broncos) July 29, 2014
He was officially cleared for limited participation in Broncos Training Camp practices by Dr. Andrews yesterday. Today the Broncos took him off the PUP list which means he can now participate in practice. The team will still likely ease him back into action, but this is good news for a secondary that should cause a lot of issues this season.
In terms of his recovery, Chris has stated multiple times that everything was going great and his timetable to return was on schedule.
In an interview earlier on "The Drive," Harris Jr. reiterated that he would not participate in any preseason games. His target is to be ready to go 100% by week 1. He was the only Bronco placed on the PUP list. The team is now at full strength.
GO BRONCOS!!!
H/T to "Big Pete" for the interview heads-up
