According to ESPN's Chris Mortensen Denver Broncos wide receiver Wes Welker is expected to be a "role player" today.

What Mortensen means is that Welker will probably play limited snaps, and be a third down specialist for Peyton Manning and the Broncos this afternoon.
Today's game against the defending Super Bowl Champion Seahawks will be Welker's first game back from a reduced suspension, and his first game since suffering a concussion during the third preseason game against the Houston Texans.
I'd expect Andre Caldwell to again get the start, but I wouldn't be shocked to see rookie Cody Latimer get the nod with Caldwell's struggles early on. Also expect to see a lot of the two tight end sets the Broncos have been featuring so far in the season.
Even with Welker being a "role player" for the Broncos today, do not be surprised id he comes up with some important catches against the Seattle Seahawks defense today.
Go Broncos!
