'Broncos Go' is an excellent Frozen parody for a good cause

"Let It Go," Broncos fans. The past is in the past!

Children's Hospital Colorado recently ran a contest for its patients and staff to submit a Frozen parody song. The winner would get a full music video studio treatment. The video above was the winner, submitted by 14-year-old Daniel Hailpern. Read more about the contest here.

My favorite elements of this video:

1. They pronounced "Montee" correctly in Montee Ball (Mon-TAY). Hallelujah, Broncos Country can say the name of our starting running back!

2. "Champs or not, We're doing it for Pat Bowlen anyways" - great line.

3. The bridge to the crescendo chorus.

We now have Ward
We now have Ware
Plus Aqib Talib
Orange Julius and DT
Will be catching balls for me
Forget Decker and Knowhson
They weren't even fast
Forget the Seattle Seahawks
The past is in the past

Let it go4. The fact that this was for Children's Hospital Colorado, by Children's Hospital Colorado. Is there a better cause? Find out more about becoming a bone marrow donor at bethematch.org.

Thanks to Matt Pauley (with whom I chat Broncos on Colorado Springs radio every week) and Chris Thorman for the tip.
