David Bruton Injury: Was Bruton the victim of a Colts cheap shot?

A Colts special teamer aimed straight for Bruton before the Broncos safety went down.

Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

According to the Denver Broncos, safety/special team ace David Bruton has injured his shoulder and is questionable to return to tonights game against the Indianapolis Colts.

Bruton injured his shoulder during a special teams play. It appears that Bruton's injury happened because of a cheap shot from a Colts special teams player.

As you can see in this shot from Andrew Mason, one Colts player runs right toward Bruton and gave him a cheap shot resulting in the injury.

When more on Bruton becomes available we will update this post.

Go Broncos!
