Emmanuel Sanders injury will keep him out vs. Bears [Updated]: Horse Tracks

The full inactives list is still to come.

Ken Blaze-USA TODAY Sports

Update

The Broncos will rest Emmanuel Sanders vs. the Bears. Cody Latimer time, anybody?

Our original post follows below.

Running a bit late this morning on the Horse Tracks, so I apologize for that. In any case, I did wake up to the news that Emmanuel Sanders is a go for today's matchup, while Alshon Jeffery is not a go and will miss today's game between the Denver Broncos and Chicago Bears.

Whether or not Sanders is going to be an impact is another question. He came back too soon last week and was more of a liability than the impact player he normally is. The word on the field is that he definitely doesn't look comfortable out there. If that's the case, the guy just needs to rest another week.

Jeffery's absence on the other hand is a bigger deal as the Bears are facing a pass defense that has proven it can smother lesser talent all day long.
