According to the Denver Posts Troy Renck, the Denver Broncos are expecting safety T.J. Ward and defensive tackle Sylvester Williams to miss some time after suffering Injuries during Sunday Night's game against the New England Patriots.
As said last night, #Broncos are bracing for Tj Ward and Sly Williams to miss some time. Will know more after MRIs today

Both Ward and Williams were spotted leaving the locker room on crutches on Sunday night. Both players will have MRI's today to figure out how severe these injuries are, and we should figure out how long we'll be without both players.
While we don't know the exact injury suffered by both players, Mike Klis of 9NEWS Denver says both players suffered high ankle sprains last night. Both players were hurt on the same play, and may have suffered the same injury.
Losing both players would be a big loss for the Denver Broncos defense. Ward has 57 tackles, 2 sacks, and 2 forced fumbles during the season. He has been an enforcer in the run game, and Phillips has used him to blitz off the edge at times this season.
Sylvester Williams has 19 tackles and 3 sacks so far this season. He has anchored the Broncos defensive line this season. Williams has constantly taken on double teams and closing up running lanes for opposing offenses.
Must Reads
Last night we saw safety David Bruton take over for Ward. He played well last night and played well in place of Ward last season as well.
Veteran Vance Walker replaced Williams in the lineup, and I would expect he and rookie Darius Kilgo to both get playing time if Williams does miss some time.
Injuries like these will test the Broncos depth at safety and the nose tackle position. I have faith in the Broncos depth and believe the defense will continue playing well in their absences.
Stay tuned to Mile High Report and we will keep you updated on both players when the Broncos give us an official diagnosis on both players.
