Fantasy Football Week 16: As we proceed...

Well, you're here, it's week 16 and you're playing for all of the money, bragging rights, a chance at a DFS trip to Las Vegas or maybe you're just looking forward to your sister-in-law will finally piping down. All that really means is that you've been listening.

Ladies and gentleman, you are now tuned into the best and you being here is proof. I'll do my best to advise you to a win in your fantasy championship and all you really need to do is look at my week 14 recommendations for proof.

The perfect lineup in standard scoring in week 14 would have looked like this:

Cam Newton (41)*, David Johnson (40)*, Danny Woodhead (30), Antonio Brown (30)*, Emmanuel Sanders (26)*, Amari Cooper (24)*, Jordan Reed (20)*, Stephen Gostkowski (16), Bengals (15)*.

Those asterisks next to the (scores) are players that this column recommended as plays last week. That's a jaw dropping 196 standard league points (and that's not even how DFS scores).

Week 16;  If you're here, you're looking for sleepers, so, I'm going to keep this light and assume that you're in a very good league where anyone owned in more than 50% of Yahoo leagues would likely not be available in your league. So, these are deep sleepers and if you're using more than maybe two or three of them... You need to take a hard look at your whole roster.

Both my defense and my kicker are 'insanes' this week by the way. However, they have great match-ups.

Get called shiesty this Monday and Tuesday:

The object of a shiesty is to pick up the guy on Saturday or Sunday, play him or not, but just make sure that you have him on your roster. This way during the games on Sunday or the next day on Monday someone in your league will think they're being slick and boom! He's not there, he's on your roster and he's available for DeAndre Hopkins or Devonta Freeman.

My shiesty is going to be scary this week... It is running back Ameer Abdullah.

Broncos players:

Brock Osweiler is not a recommended start this week by me, I'd start Emmanuel Sanders if you have the option, Demaryius Thomas is going to be worth points, but maybe not WR1 points. If you're going with a Broncos player this week at running back for you, then I feel awful for you, but make that running back Ronnie Hillman.

C.J. Anderson, Vernon Davis and Owen Daniels can all sit on your bench as well, also for the 6th week in a row I will not be recommending Peyton Manning at all in any format.

Start Brandon McManus and the Broncos defense/special teams.

I have Brock Osweiler as a sleeper this week and expect fans of his to enjoy the game extensively. Ronnie Hillman is another Broncos player that I have listed as a sleeper. Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders are both recommended starts in league formats.
