It was an incredible ending for Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers, as they wiped away a 20-0 deficit and executed a game-winning Hail Mary to come back and beat the Lions 27-23 in Week 13.

The play only occurred thanks to a controversial facemask penalty that many are arguing shouldn't have been a facemask penalty. According to the rulebook, you can grab an opponent's facemask if you immediately let go.
The game would have been over if not for this facemask call… https://t.co/fxCTbTSibJ pic.twitter.com/79EV29PRZc

If I were a betting man, I'd want no part of this game. The Green Bay Packers have got to be getting desperate to stop their month-long slide from perfection to barely holding onto a playoff spot, while the Detroit Lions took their abysmal 1-7 start to the season and ripped off three consecutive wins - including one over these Packers in Lambeau just three weeks ago.
For Aaron Rodgers, he absolutely needs to get the running game going. Beyond that, his wide receivers need to find creative ways to get open and so far, that has not been happening. Rodgers is a great quarterback, but even he has limitations in what he can do throwing the football if every guy is covered.
Meanwhile, Matthew Stafford appears to have been reborn. However, let's get real here. The Lions, after being blown out 45-10 to the Kansas City Chiefs, scored 18 points twice to win both games closely then dropped 45 on a Philadelphia Eagles team that might just be the worst team in football now. Both teams are one dimensional on offense, so I do not expect a high scoring game, but the Packers need this win more and Rodgers will find a way to stop the bleeding this week.
Prediction: Packers 21, Lions 17
