The perfect lineup in standard scoring in week 9 would have looked like this:

Matthew Stafford/Russell Wilson (34 standard scoring points)*, Adrian Peterson (29)*, C.J. Anderson (27), Doug Baldwin (32)*, Calvin Johnson (27), Sammy Watkins (27)*, Antonio Gates/Julius Thomas (17)*, Graham Gano (18), Carolina D/ST (23).

Those asterisks next to the (scores) are players that this column recommended as plays last week. I am guessing that I got my swagger back, that's 139 standard league points (and that's not even how DFS scores). I take personal checks.

My shiesty pick left something on the bed, when he only got you 5 points this week, but this might be the week that I start J.J. Nelson. I've got a bank breaker for you this week that you can play this week, more on him below.

My sleepers for you last week:

Brian Hoyer (14), Marcus Mariota (18), Josh McCown (13), Matt Schaub (insanity pick 14), Antonio Andrews (4), Tevin Coleman (9), Thomas Rawls (14), Spencer Ware (17), Javorius Allen (13), Shaun Draun (8), Charles Sims (insanity pick 3), Michael Crabtree (7), Kamar Aiken (14), Travis Benjamin (16), Steve Johnson (15), Kendall Wright (1), Devin Funchess (1), Doug Baldwin (32), Nate Washington (4), Cecil Shorts (9), Willie Snead (5), Chris Givens (4), Jamarcus (J.J.) Nelson (insanity pick 5), Jacob Tamme (6), Heath Miller (4), Coby Fleener (2), Crockett Gillmore (insanity pick 2), Travis Coons (8), Jacksonville Jaguars (2).

If you pulled off waiver wire insertions of Mariota, Ware, Rawls, Baldwin, Aiken, Benjamin and Tamme you likely won off of the waiver wire again last week with 117 standard league points off of the waiver wire.

I have no idea what I am doing...

League Play Waiver Wire:

*Sunday and Monday player recommendations only

Week 13; those of you still reading after all of these weeks know that we've had a good run together this season whether it was in Daily Fantasy Sports or in league play, but here you are week 13, it's the end of the fantasy regular season. You're going to the playoffs and everyone around you is talking, because they may not make it to the playoffs with you. So they read the rosters and the match-ups and they try to fake it with you. No trophies, but they're acting like the Chicago Bulls and the Los Angeles Lakers with you.

I'll have you know that they make legends downtown below 14th and I'm going to have your score so high this weekend that you're going to be able to trash talk your way onto the FBI's Most Wanted list.

My Week 12 QB recommendations: Brian Hoyer (14), Marcus Mariota (18), Josh McCown (13), Matt Schaub (insanity pick 14).

This week (week 13): Matt Hasselbeck, Marcus Mariota, Brian Hoyer, Kirk Cousins 'This is insane' (in that you'll be flying by the seat of your pants, but hopefully in a good way): Austin Davis.

My Week 12 RB recommendations: Darren Sproles (11), C.J. Anderson (6), Alfred Blue (14), Shaun Draughn (insanity pick 7)

This week (week 13): Andre Ellington, Jeremy Langford, Antonio Andrews, C.J. Anderson, Ronnie Hillman, Charles Sims, Duke Johnson, Alfred Blue, 'This is insane' James White.

My Week 12 WR recommendations: Devin Funchess (12), Chris Givens (2), Jordan Matthews (1), Danny Amendola (11), Doug Baldwin (8), Dontrelle Inman (5), Anquan Boldin (9), John Brown (10), Cecil Shorts (11), Cody Latimer (insanity pick 8).

This week (week 13): Jeremy Butler, Cecil Shorts, DeSean Jackson, Robert Woods, Devante Parker, Willie Snead, John Brown, Vincent Jackson, Tavon Austin, Anquan Boldin, Marvin Jones, 'This is insane' Pierre Garcon (and if Steve Johnson, Doug Baldwin, Travis Benjamin, Brandin Cooks or Vincent Jackson are still available in your league then start them with no second thought).

My Week 12 TE recommendations: Jacob Tamme (6), Heath Miller (4), Coby Fleener (2), Crockett Gillmore (insanity pick 2)).

This week (week 13): Scott Chandler, Martellus Bennett, Coby Fleener, 'This is insane' Vance McDonald.

My Week 12 K recommendation: Travis Coons (8).

This week (week 13): Josh Lambo

My Week 12 ST recommendations: Jacksonville Jaguars (1).

This week (week 13): Washington

Both my defense and my kicker are 'insanes' this week by the way. However, they have great match-ups.

Get called shiesty this Monday and Tuesday:

The object of a shiesty is to pick up the guy on Saturday or Sunday, play him or not, but just make sure that you have him on your roster. This way during the games on Sunday or the next day on Monday someone in your league will think they're being slick and boom! He's not there, he's on your roster and he's available for DeAndre Hopkins or Devonta Freeman.

Jamarus (J.J.) Nelson got you 5 points and likely mad at me if you used him last week.

This week, may I suggest Matt Hasselbeck, The Pittsburgh defense has to stop a quarterback before I am going to bet against them, they've given up a 10:2 touchdown-to-interception ratio over the last three weeks to Johnny Manziel, Derek Carr and Russell Wilson. If I have a question at quarterback, Hasselbeck is my answer.

Daily Fantasy:

What fun is FanDuel if you don't get the satisfaction of grabbing someone on the cheap and watching him light up your scoreboard and wallet?

Go with these guys:

QB - Cam Newton, Eli Manning, Blake Bortles, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Ryan Tannehill, Tom Brady, Ben Roethlisberger, Matt Hasselbeck, Derek Carr, Alex Smith, Marcus Mariota, Carson Palmer, Austin Davis.
RB - LeSean McCoy, Adrian Peterson, Devonta Freeman, Todd Gurley, Lamar Miller, Darren McFadden, David Johnson, DeAngelo Williams, Thomas Rawls, Matt Forte, Doug Martin, Jonathan Stewart, T.J. Yeldon, LeGarrette Blount, Mark Ingram, Shaun Draughn, DeMarco Murray.
WR - Odell Beckham, Julio Jones, Antonio Brown, Alshon Jeffery, DeAndre Hopkins, Jarvis Landry, Brandon Marshall, Allen Robinson, A.J. Green, Larry Fitzgerald, Allen Hurns, Amari Cooper, Eric Decker, Michael Crabtree, Mike Evans, Brandon LaFell, T.Y. Hilton.
TE - Greg Olsen, Travis Kelce, Delanie Walker, Jordan Reed, Gary Barnidge, TYler Eifert, Julius Thomas Antonio Gates, Benjamin Watson, Scott Chandler.

Avoid these guys:

QB - Matt Cassel, Brock Osweiler, Teddy Bridgewater, Matt Schaub.
RB - Spencer Ware, Darren Sproles, Karlos Williams, Jay Ajayi, Alfred Morris, Shane Vereen, Rashad Jennings, Alfred Morris.
WR -  Dorial Green Beckham, Andre Johnson, Marquess Wilson, Kenny Britt, Harry Douglas, Devin Funchess, Terrance Williams, Michael Floyd, Dontrelle Inman.
TE - Zach Ertz, Jared Cook, Lance Kendricks, Jermaine Gresham, Owen Daniels, Luke Wilson.

Side note: I had Alshon Jeffery projected as my WR1 all the way through today, I'd keep him in all of your DFS lineups.

Broncos players:

Here is where you can rest easy Denver fans, either Ronnie Hillman or C.J. Anderson will blow up for you this week, now which will it be? I think that you're safe starting either one of them as I have them both projected at a little over 10 points. My gut is saying that one is going to canabolize those numbers and make the other irrelevant.

Demaryius Thomas likely lost you a game last week if you started him (and let's not kid anybody, you had to), I think that he's safe this week to start in any league with any scoring. I also believe that Emmanuel Sanders is the other must start in that Broncos stable.

Now, Brock Osweiler... Don't use him, not even if you have to, look at my sleepers they're better options this week in my opinion. First as happy as the Denver faithful are with Osweiler as a quarterback leading their team, there is a bit of confirmation bias at play as Osweiler is 4:2 TD-to-INT in the last 9 quarters. That's not blowing up anyone's scoreboard, now San Diego's record does not reflect that if we're talking fantasy defenses, the Chargers defense has given up an average of 17.83 points in standard leagues to fantasy quarterbacks over the last 4 weeks. For reference Denver has given up an average of 17.41 over that same time span.

Start Brandon McManus and the Broncos defense/special teams.

Last week:

I recommended Osweiler last week [editor's note: two weeks ago] and I will not be recommending him this week . He gets Emmanuel Sanders as a receiver for the first time in his career, which should eat into Davis, Daniels and Latimer's catches, but I don't know that it will improve Osweiler's numbers.

My craziest Daily Fantasy Sports lineup this week:

Matt Hasselbeck, Lamar Miller, Charcandrick West, Alshon Jeffery, DeAndre Hopkins, Allen Robinson, Delanie Walker, Chris Boswell, Carolina Panthers.
