With Super Bowl XLIX in the books, 2014 is officially over in the football world.

It is time to focus on 2015, and with that comes a lot change.

Use this thread and placate the inner GM in you.

You make all the moves in free agency here are the rules:

- Start with 32.5 million in cap space for expenditures

- Assume Manning IS coming back

-  May restructure up to 3 contracts

- Must allot at least 8 million to practice squad and UDFA signings.

- Must not go over the cap.

With six seconds left in the first half and the ball on the Patriots’ 10-yard line, most coaches (hello there, Mike McCarthy) would have gone for the safe play -- a field goal to make it 14-10. Not Carroll. Russell Wilson fired a pass to Chris Matthews, who beat cornerback Logan Ryan and drew Seattle even at 14. It was a massive momentum-changer. Seattle, which won the coin toss and deferred, could then look forward to getting the ball to start the second half.
