This means that Brandon Marshall is slated to receive $585,000 in 2015. That's quite the bargain for a linebacker that lead your team in tackles the year prior.
Marshall started 13 of 14 regular-season games for the Broncos last season. During that span, he totaled a team-high 110 tackles, 2 sacks, one interception, nine defended passes and 1 forced fumble. Marshall was one of the big reasons why the Broncos defense was as successful as it was in 2014.
Heading into 2015, the Broncos expect Marshall to move inside in Wade Phillips 3-4 defense, and it's safe to assume that they believe Marshall will be one of their starting inside linebackers this season.
Last year I was just hoping to make the team and start on the punt team. This year…..… Way Different.. Man What a difference a year makes

The former fifth-round selection of the Jacksonville Jaguars is heading into the 2015 season with some very high expectations. He will have a full offseason of working with the number one defense, and will be looking to better his impressive 2014 season. I believe the sky is the limit for Marshall, and I know I will be rooting for him to do great things for the Broncos this season.
Go Broncos!
