The Broncos waived receiver Kerry Taylor Thursday, the team announced.
Taylor signed a future contract with the team on Jan. 15 after spending the last two seasons with the Jaguars. He caught 19 passes for 189 yards and a score in 2013, his best season in the NFL.
After parting ways with Taylor, Denver has 75 players remaining on the roster. They are allowed to have 90 players on the offseason roster and own 10 selections in the upcoming draft.

If the Broncos use all 10 of their selections, they would have room to sign just five undrafted free agents to fill their offseason roster. But it's likely Denver will use all of their selections.
The team is expected to trade up in the first round, and SB Nation's Dan Kadar included them among five teams he could see moving around on draft day. With 10 picks, it would be sense for Denver to make a few draft day trades.
One week out from the draft, Denver has 15 openings. Expect them all to be filled by next weekend.
