What do you think John Elway and the Denver Broncos will do on Day 2? Yesterday the Broncos traded up for linebacker Shane Ray. Day 2 could also get interesting as two quarterback prospects the Broncos are looking at are projected to be third-round picks as well

PICK TEAM PLAYER POS COLLEGE ANALYSIS
33

New York Giants via
the Tennessee Titans

Landon Collins SS Alabama

Good pick for the Giants who really need safety help.- Scotty Payne

Landon Collins provides an impact player at the safety position for the New York Giants who could use a couple of them. They get a player with a high first round grade here at the start of round two - Christopher Hart

34
Tampa Bay Bucs
Donovan Smith OT Penn State

Donovan Smith has been a late riser up the draft boards. Not the most athletic tackle in the draft, but will provide Jameis Winston some protection.  Likely will play RT immediately as a rookie for Tampa Bay. - Christopher Hart

The Bucs need tackle help, and Smith will help protect Jameis Winston - Scotty Payne

35
Oakland Raiders
Mario Edwards Jr. DE Florida State

Mario Edwards is a versatile defender who can play inside and outside, but underachieved in his career at Florida State.   If someone can get the most out of him, Jack Del Rio could. - Christopher Hart

Edwards will be the Derek Wolfe/Malik Jackson for the Oakland Raiders. He has a high upside. Not a bad pick for the Raiders. - Scotty Payne

36
Jacksonville Jaguars
T.J. Yeldon RB Alabama

Blake Bortles needed a running back to help him out and the Jaguars take TJ Yeldon.  He isn't the best back on the board in my opinion, lacks a second gear, but can get the tough yards and has good vision.   Tough SEC tested player. - Christopher Hart

I would have picked a few other backs before Yeldon, but this give Bortles a tough back to hand the ball of too. - Scotty Payne

37
New York Jets
Devin Smith WR Ohio State

The Jets end up getting a burner to go along side Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker.   Smith is a versatile player who likely gets put in the slot immediately for the Green Machine. - Hart

I like this pick for the Jets. It gives Geno a deep threat - Scotty Payne

38 Preston Smith LB Mississippi State Preston Smith is a versatile defensive lineman who can play inside and out. Tremendous value for Washington. - Christopher Hart

I really like this pick for Washington. One of my favorite players in this draft.
39
Chicago Bears
Eddie Goldman NT Florida State

Eddie Goldman to the Bears is a fantastic selection, should be able anchor their new defense. - Christopher Hart

Goldman is a big man and adds size to the middle of the Bears defense - Scotty Payne

40
Tennessee Titans via the New York Giants
Dorial Green-Beckham WR Missouri

Dorial Green-Beckham is one of the most gifted wide receivers in this class, but character concerns are plentiful.  He could become a top receiver in the NFL if he keeps his head on straight, he has everything else you can't teach. - Christopher Hart

This dude is a freak - Scotty Payne

41
Carolina Panthers via the St. Louis Rams
Devin Funchess WR/TE Michigan State

The Panthers select Devin Funchess, who I compared to Kelvin Benjamin in my Top Day 2 players available article.   Cam Newton finally has legitimate targets at WR after last years pathetic display. -Christopher Hart

The Panthers give Cam Newton another big target - Scotty Payne

42
Atlanta Falcons
Jalen Collins DB LSU

Jalen Collins is a selection who has elite measurables and quality play tape, but major character concerns.- Christopher Hart

Nice upgrade for the Falcons. He fits the Seattle mold - Scotty Payne

43
Houston Texans via the Cleveland Browns
Benardrick McKinney ILB Mississippi State

Benardrick McKinney is one of the best linebackers in this class and would have been a great pick for Denver.   Instead, he is in Houston where he will take command of their interior for the oft-injured Brian Cushing. - Christopher Hart

I wanted the Broncos to select McKinney. Good pick up for the Texans

44
New Orleans Saints
Hau'oli Kikaha OLB Washington

Kikaha has some of the best pass rush moves in this class based on his martial arts background, but has significant medical concerns. - Christopher Hart

Talented pass rusher, but injury concerns worry me -Scotty Payne

45
Minnesota Vikings
Eric Kendricks LB UCLA

Kendricks is a phenomenal fit for the Vikings who need help at linebacker with an aging Chad Greenway.   Waynes and Kendricks give the Vikings two stud defenders, perhaps the best at their positions in the draft.  Well done, Hornheads. - Christopher Hart

I like this pick for the Vikings. Great value. - Scotty Payne

46
San Francisco 49ers
Jaquiski Tartt S Samford

Tartt has the build of a strong safety, but has single-high potential as a FS in the NFL.   He is the first FCS player selected in the 2015 draft.   An under the radar, late riser. - Christopher Hart

He's a big thumper who will add some attitude back to the Niners defense

47
Philadelphia Eagles via the Miami Dolphins
Eric Rowe CB/S Utah

Eric Rowe is a great selection for the Eagles.   It will be interesting to see if they value him at CB or FS.   He is a better FS than CB and displayed that in his earliest years with the Utes. - Christopher Hart

Great pick for the Eagles! - Scotty

48
San Diego Chargers
Denzel Perryman ILB Miami

Perryman to the Chargers gives them a formidable force in the middle.  Excellent value. - Christopher Hart

is a big hitter. Good add for the Chargers. - Scotty

Payne49
Kansas City Chiefs
Mitch Morse C Missouri

Mitch Morse is a versatile lineman who can come in and play OG/C for the Chiefs who need help at both spots.  He too was a rising prospect and should compete for a starting position immediately. - Christopher Hart

solid add by the Chiefs here who are without a center. - Scotty Payne

50 PHI
Buffalo Bills
Ronald Darby CB Florida State

Darby is a quality corner, who a lot of scouts had rated higher than his teammate.   Can contribute in the nickel packages immediately.  With the AFC East beefing up on WR's, the Bills needed a coverman. Christopher Hart

Good cover guy. Nice Pick. - Scotty Payne

51
Cleveland Browns via Houston Texans
Nate Orchard OLB Utah Nate Orchard to the Browns gives them another quality selection.  They have been absolutely phenomenal in this draft.  Fantastic pick! - Christopher Hart
52
Miami Dolphins via Eagles
Jordan Phillips DT Oklahoma Jordan Phillips has Pro-Bowl caliber talent, but has medical concerns with his back.   Miami was in need of some interior help on their defensive line and they get good value with Phillips here if he stays healthy. - Christopher Hart
53
Cincinnati Bengals
Jake Fisher OT/G Oregon

Jake Fisher is a fantastic value for the Bengals at this point in time, who many believed could have been their first round pick to begin with. - Christopher Hart

I wanted the Broncos to get him. Crap. - Scotty

54
Detroit Lions
Ameer Abdullah RB Nebraska Ameer Abdullah has been cited as receiving the highest character grade several scouts have ever given and he is a helluva playmaker too.  Helps the Lions offense out. - Christopher Hart
55
Via the Arizona Cardinals
Maxx Wiliams TE Minnesota Maxx Williams is a great pick for the Ravens who needed a starter once Owen Daniels joined the Broncos.   Another great Ozzie Newsome selection.- Christopher Hart
56
Pittsburgh Steelers
Senquez Golson CB Ole Miss Senquez Golson has been flying up draft boards.   Compares to MIA CB Brent Grimes.  Small, compact, but a fierce competitor. - Chris Topher Hart
57
St. Louis Rams
Robert Havenstein OT Wisconsin Havenstein to the Rams gives them a huge bodied OT who can start at right tackle immediately.- Christopher Hart
58
Arizona Cardinals via the Baltimore Ravens
Markus Golden DE/OLB Missouri Golden is a player that some scouts felt was the better half out of the Ray and Golden tandem.   With pass rushers flying off the board, Arizona nabs their man. - Hart
59
Denver Broncos
Ty Sambrailo OL Colorado State Sambrailo is probably a third round player, but he can play inside or outside for the Broncos.  I had thought for a long time he would be a selection for Denver and they go ahead and nab him here.   It fits a need and with OL flying off the boards, they did well to get him. - Christopher Hart
60
Dallas Cowboys
Randy Gregory DE/OLB Nebraska Randy Gregory to the Cowboys. They definitely needed some help at edge rusher.   They are getting a Top 15 talent with character concerns int he second. - Christopher Hart
61
Tampa Bay Bucs via the Colts
Ali Marpet OL Hobart I love this guy. Great pick by the Bucs who traded up for him. -Scotty Payne
62
Green Bay Packers
Quinten Collins CB/S Miami(OH) Adds depth to the Green Bay Packers secondary. - Scotty Payne
63 BAL
Seattle Seahawks
Frank Clark OLB Michigan Frank Clark to Seattle had major character concerns, some teams had him removed from boards completely for drug use and poor character.   He was dismissed from Michigan.   Huge reach and Seattle's first pick. He has upside though. talented edge rusher who comes with some character concerns - Christopher Hart
