Broncos WR Emmanuel Sanders named 95th-best player by NFL Network

Coming off a Pro Bowl season, Broncos receiver Emmanuel Sanders has been named among the league's Top 100.

NFL Network revealed players 100 through 91 in their annual Top 100 series Wednesday. Broncos receiver Emmanuel Sanders ranked No. 95.

Sanders was among three receivers revealed, ranking above Randall Cobb (No. 100) and below Julian Edelman (No. 91). This marks Sanders' first apperance on the Top 100 list.

Sanders played four seasons in Pittsburgh before signing a three-year, $15 million deal with Denver last offseason. In his first season with Peyton Manning, Sanders posted career highs in receptions (101), yards (1,404), and touchdowns (9).

Last year, eight Broncos made the Top 100 list (Manning, Louis Vasquez, T.J. Ward, Aqib Talib, Von Miller, Wes Welker, DeMarcus Ware, and Demaryius Thomas). Five Broncos (Manning, Welker, Miller, Thomas, and Champ Bailey) made the list in 2013.

The network says the list is voted on by players, but the process has been criticized.

Denver's Manning ranked No. 1 on the list last year.
