Good Morning, Broncos Country!

The Denver Broncos will resume training camp activities with open sessions available to the fans, per the official team website and Twitter.

It signifies a week long journey as the team prepares for it's upcoming game on Saturday against the Houston Texans. On that front, Ryan Mallett has officially been named the starter for the Texans against the Broncos. Additionally, it is possible that Jadaveon Clowney, the first pick in the draft in 2014 will see some action against Denver after being eased into practice over the course of this week.

It should be a fun game to watch, given the history Head Coach Gary Kubiak and defense coordinator Wade Phillips have with that franchise. Even though it is only Monday, I can't tell you how excited I am to watch the progress of our team this weekend.  Saturday's affair will give all of us another chance to view the progression of the squads young players and the team as a whole.  The performances turned in against the Texans will have a large impact on those aspiring to make the team, for better or worse, so it will be important for the roster bubble players to perform their best as the roster will begin to dwindle down as the regular season approaches.

All and all, it feels great to know that Broncos football is back! As always, we will keep you posted in regard to the latest news from Broncos camp throughout the day and over the course of the week. Thanks for reading and here are some other Broncos and NFL news tidbits to start off your Monday morning.
