Broncos waive tight end Dan Light, and linebacker Danny Mason

The Denver Broncos finished up their first series of cuts this afternoon.

According to the Denver Broncos, they have waived recently signed tight end Dan Light, and linebacker Danny Mason.

After waiving wide receiver Nathan Palmer earlier today the Denver Broncos had to make two more roster moves to get to 75 players. Those two players being recently signed tight end Dan Light, and edge rusher Danny Mason.

So the players waived/released by the Denver Broncos are cornerback Tevrin Brandon, guard Andre Davis,tight end/fullback Joe Don Duncan, quarterback Zac Dysert, punter Spencer Lanning, Safety Ross Madison, tight end Jake Murphy, running back Jeremy Stewart, and outside linebacker Chase Vaughn.

The Broncos next series of cuts will happen after Thursday night's game against the Arizona Cardinals. They will have until 4pm ET on Saturday to trim their roster from 75 to 53 players.
