NFL Power Rankings Week 5: The champs are still the champs

The Denver Broncos showed the NFL that they are a force to be reckoned with and people outside of Denver are finally taking notice.

Week 4 of the NFL showed everyone that there is one team a cut above the rest a quarter of the way through the season. That should make us all very happy.

Week 5 Power Rankings

1. Denver Broncos

The Broncos are still first until they’re not.

2. Minnesota Vikings

This team is looking pretty unstoppable. With Sam Bradford. I think Mike Zimmer is copying John Elway's winning formula.

3. Philadelphia Eagles

How are the Eagles undefeated? It might have something to do with Chip Kelly being gone. Oh and Carson Wentz.

4. Pittsburgh Steelers

The Steelers made a major comeback after losing to the other Pennsylvania team last week, and on primetime TV against the Chiefs.

5. New England Patriots

The Patriots got shut out this week! Dear Gronk - fix it.

6. Dallas Cowboys

I don't understand this team of rookies.

7. Houston Texans

JJ Watt is on IR and Brent is showing his true colors. Enjoy being in the top ten while you can…

8. Oakland Raiders

This year's Raiders are as lucky as the 2014 Seahawks.

9. Baltimore Ravens

I have no words for how bad this team is.

YOU LOST TO THE RAIDERS! The only team I would probably cheer for the Ravens to actually beat. WHYYY??

10. Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals looked much better than last week. But, the Dolpins are nothing to be proud of.

11. Los Angeles Rams

The Rams are 3-1 despite that season opening loss against the 49ers. I suspect it's a fluke, but I hope they keep beating the Seahawks.

12. Atlanta Falcons

The Falcons crushed the defending NFC Champs. Sure, it was a division game and Cam Newton left, but they did what they should have and capitalized.

13. Buffalo Bills

Rex Ryan finally got some payback! Do it again Ryan bros!

14. San Diego Chargers

The Chargers apparently are motivated by the threat to move to another city. Their record isn't reflecting how well they have been playing, and it makes me a little nervous.

15. Seattle Seahawks

So the Seahawks beat the 49ers and Jets, color me unimpressed.

16. Green Bay Packers

Ok, Aaron. I know you had a bye week, but it's time to stop R-E-L-A-Xing.

17. New York Jets

Ryan Fitzpatrick, I wanted you to earn that money you signed for. What happened?

18. New York Giants

I want Eli to do well, but this team is hard for me to read this year.

19. Kansas City Chiefs

Me watching the chiefs this season:

20. Washington

I need to see some more impressive wins before they are rewarded.

21. New Orleans Saints

Thank you.

22. Carolina Panthers

What the heck is happening here? Was last year an actual Fluke?

23. Arizona Cardinals

Ditto.

24. Indianapolis Colts

Maybe the Colts really aren't good. Andrew Luck can't do it all.

25. Chicago Bears

Yay! Your first win! Congrats John Fox!

26. San Francisco 49ers

Navarro Bowman, ouch.

27. Detroit Lions

You lost to the Bears, enough said.

28. Jacksonville Jaguars

The British fan favorite actually won a game.

29. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Even the rain couldn't save the Bucs.

30. Tennessee Titans

Who?

31. Miami Dolphins

Adam Gase is off to a rough start.

32. Cleveland Browns

I have no words, but there is a GIF!
