The Afternoon Drive caught up with Kapri Bibbs to talk about the heavier workload he will see moving forward. Les Shapiro and Bruce Haertl discussed the offensive line issues for the first five or six minutes before talking with Bibbs.
Bibbs had two carries for eleven yards last week, but did take a screen pass 69-yards for a touchdown. He said it feels good knowing that the coaching staff is getting more confidence in him.
I said earlier this week that the Denver Broncos needed a spark. That didn’t necessarily mean a change at quarterback. The spark could come from any player on offense who steps up to make a major impact. Could that be Bibbs?
