To say Emmanuel Sanders is disappointed, shocked and pissed off would be a severe understatement.
For the first time in his three seasons with the Denver Broncos, he won’t play in the playoffs. For the second time in consecutive seasons Sanders is part of a bad offense, with this season’s being of epic and historic proportions. A Broncos offense hasn’t been this bad since 1966, per Mike Klis with 9News.
But as Sanders told The Afternoon Drive this week, you have to remain professional. There is still one game left, even if there is nothing to play for. All he and his teammates can do is get 2017 off on the right foot. The best way to do that is to help ensure the Oakland Raiders don’t win the AFC West.
