Super Bowl 50 injury update: T.J. Ward and Darian Stewart are both back practicing on Wednesday

The Denver Broncos emerged as AFC Champions with two critical injuries to their secondary as both T.J. Ward and Darian Stewart were knocked out in that game. Both guys are back at practice today, which is obviously a very promising development.

Stewart had the worse of the two injuries, but if feeling much better this week.

"It's a lot better than it was right after the game," Stewart said on Wednesday. "I'm waking up not as stiff and I'm just more confident in it."

He is definitely looking like he will be full speed come Super Bowl Sunday.

"On Monday, I had a good workout," Stewart said. "That built my confidence even more. I'm pain-free with all the movement. That just gave me the go-ahead to just keep pushing it."

On the Carolina Panthers side, the only question mark is Jared Allen and his ailing foot. He was limited today, so it is highly likely he will be playing in the NFL's golden game.
