Mike Silver is reporting that the San Francisco 49ers and Denver Broncos are very close to closing a deal that would send Colin Kaepernick to Denver.
Mike Silver thinks 49ers, Broncos "are there in compensation for [Colin] Kaepernick" https://t.co/ACZpP19UmK pic.twitter.com/5wW7gh9p4Z

All that is left now is a contract restructure with Kaepernick's agent.
Per @MikeSilver, #Broncos and #49ers are "there" in trade compensation, and Denver is talking to Kaepernick's agent about a restructure.

These are all unconfirmed reports, but it is reported that 49ers GM Trent Baalke and Broncos GM John Elway have a really good working relationship. This is obviously the best possible situation for Kaepernick to end up in, so I am sure he is hoping the deal gets done soon.
Stay tuned!
UPDATE
What is the difference between there and done? No one knows, but Mike Silver changes his tune a bit soon after this news/rumor first broke.
To clarify: No deal yet between 49ers and Broncos for Kaepernick. Browns still in it. Not likely to happen tonight but fluid situation.
