According to 9NEWS Denver's Mike Klis, the Denver Broncos held pre-draft visits on Monday with LSU cornerback Rashard Robinson and Vanderbilt linebacker Stephen Weatherly. These two were the Broncos first two pre-draft visits and they have more planned in the coming weeks.

This is the second time the Broncos have met with cornerback Rashard Robinson this month. The first time was at the LSU pro day, and now on Monday when they had the talented corner in for a formal visit.
Robinson is listed at 6'1", 171lbs and ran a 4.43 40 time at LSU's pro day earlier this month. He tested much better at his pro day than he did at the Combine because he was one of many prospects who caught the flu bug that week.
He does have some off the field issues, but one former SEC defensive coach believes Robinson is a good kid.
"I'm not sure he's a bad kid, but I know he hates school. He's really tough -- typical south Florida kid. You know what you get. The interviews will work themselves out for better or worse, but you keep things simple for him and let him chase one guy around the field all day. He's really good at that."
There is a lot to like about Robinson physically. He has the length, speed, long arms, and is just smooth at what he does. He is full of raw ability and could eventually turn into a starter in the NFL.
The Broncos really do not have a big need at cornerback. Chris Harris Jr. is one of the top corners in the game, Talib is signed through 2019, Bradley Roby is turning into one of the better corners in the league, Kayvon Webster is turning into a special teams ace, and the Broncos just spent a fifth-round pick on Lorenzo Doss.
Robinson has the skill set to eventually take over for Talib, but I have a hard time seeing the Broncos making room for another cornerback on the roster.
Edge Rusher Stephen Weatherly
The former Vanderbilt defensive end met with the Broncos on Monday.
He is listed at 6'4", 267lbs and would move to edge rusher if drafted by the Broncos. He is considered a late round, developmental prospect who will need a few years to develop into a consistent contributor in the NFL.
Weatherly performed rather well during February's NFL Scouting Combine. There he ran a 4.61 40 time and put up 23 reps on the bench press.
Now it is interesting that the Broncos would be looking at late round developmental edge rushers. They currently have Super Bowl 50 MVP Von Miller, future Hall Of Famer DeMarcus Ware, promising backup Shaquil Barrett, and 2015 first-round pick Shane Ray at outside linebacker. So they really do not have a big need at the position, but you can never have enough pass rushers in the NFL.
Here are all the prospects the Broncos have been showing interest in this offseason.
