According to Trey Wingo from ESPN, the Denver Broncos will be dropping a 2nd round tender on inside linebacker Brandon Marshall.
Filed to ESPN: Broncos ILB Brandon Marshall... Restricted FA will get a 2nd round tender. Teams will be interested... Like Miami

Marshall is a restricted free agent, so any team that tries to steal him away could be blocked by the Broncos if they matched the offer. If not, the Broncos get their second round draft pick next year.
Other reports have the Broncos doing something similar for C.J. Anderson.
The Broncos will use a low-round tender on restricted free agent RB C.J. Anderson. Worth $1.671M for 2016.

I could see teams pursuing Marshall for a second rounder, but not so much with Anderson. The talent is certainly matched, but Anderson has yet to prove he can consistently be that starting workhorse teams would covet after giving up a draft pick.
Another guy the Broncos will be tendering is offensive lineman Sam Brenner, whom they had claimed off the waiver wire from the Miami Dolphins last season.
The #Broncos will tender OL Sam Brenner. Was claimed mid-season after being released by the #Dolphins. Was with them the rest of the season.

It would appear Brenner fits into John Elway's and Gary Kubiak's long term plans on the line. They certainly need all of the depth they can find after a horrendous season from the unit in 2015.
