According to NFL Networks James Palmer, the Denver Broncos and free agent quarterback Brock Osweiler have not negotiated since the initial offer from the team.
The Broncos & Brock Osweiler's reps haven't had any negotiations since the Broncos initial 3-year offer several days ago.

The initial offer(and only offer from the Broncos) was reportedly a three-year, 39 million dollar deal and it was offered to Osweiler several days ago.
Since then it appears that the two sides have tabled talks until the tampering period open so Osweiler and his agent can compare the Broncos offer to the other offers.
I would assume that the two sides would start talking again sometime very soon. The 2016 NFL league year opens up at 4 p.m. on Wednesday. So the two sides have less than 24 hours to potentially work something out.
The interest in Osweiler has picked up since the Broncos offer. In the past 24 to 36 hours, there have been reports saying the Texans planned on calling Osweiler's reps once the tampering period opened up, a report saying Osweiler favors the Texans offense over the Broncos and another saying the Texans are a legitimate threat to sign Osweiler away from the Broncos.
Now there are rumors that the Jets, Rams, and Browns have joined the chase for Osweiler.
I expect the two sides to start talking soon and compare the offers Osweiler received to the ones the Broncos offered. From there the ball will be in John Elway's court. Will he improve the offer to lock up Osweiler, or will he stick to his guns and let Osweiler walk?
We will have our answer very soon.
