Donald Stephenson signs with Broncos on three-year deal

Former Kansas City Chiefs swing tackle Donald Stephenson will swing his way across the AFC West this offseason, signing a three-year deal with the Denver Broncos, the team announced. The move has been expected, as reports broke during the free agency tampering period that Stephenson would be a Bronco.

The signing is the first addition the Broncos have made in a day full of subtractions - Brock Osweiler and Danny Trevathan landed with the Texans and Bears respectively, while Malik Jackson is expected to put pen to paper in Jacksonville any moment now.

Stephenson brings four years of NFL experience, including starts in 21 of his 60 career games. The former third-round pick by the Chiefs (74th overall) also has started in each of Kansas City's three postseason games during his time with the Chiefs.
