According to Az Central Sports Doug Haller, the Denver Broncos will have guard Christian Westerman in for a pre-draft work out sometime in the near future.
Former ASU guard Christian Westerman says he has had recent NFL workouts with the Bengals and Saints. Has Denver coming up.

Westerman is a 6'3", 298lb guard who is an ideal fit for Gary Kubiak's zone-blocking scheme.
He has plus strength(34 bench press reps at the NFL Scouting Combine), outstanding athlete, moves very well, who has good technique, footwork, and agility. These traits are why he is considered to go in the top 45 to 50 picks in the NFL Draft. He is considered the second-rated guard behind Kansas State's Cody Whitehair, and could push to be one of the first interior lineman to go in this year's draft.
I think Westerman would be considered a day one starter for the Denver Broncos if they decided to draft him, likely in the second round. His skill set is exactly what Gary Kubiak covets at the guard position, and they may potentially have a need there.
Currently, second-year players Max Garcia and Ty Sambrailo are penciled in as your starters at both guard positions, but neither is really a lock to keep it. Sambrailo will be making the transition from tackle to guard, and Garcia struggled at times during his rookie season.
One way this could work out is if Sambrailo competes for the right tackle job with recently signed Donald Stephenson and Westerman and Garcia would be your guards. This would work, but I think the scenario is unlikely. The Broncos spent a second-round pick on Sambrailo last season and would likely want to see him in the starting lineup. Also, they are paying Stephenson starter like money, so they would probably like to see him be the starter instead of a swing tackle.
Westerman is one of my favorite offensive lineman in the draft. Is a great fit in a zone-blocking scheme, great athleticism and agility, and also has plus strength. However, I really do not see a spot for him. As I said above, the Broncos would probably want to see their 2015 draft choices(Sambrailo and Garcia) to take over those spots. Drafting another means you will have a high draft pick likely sitting on the bench.
