During Day 3 of the NFL Draft, I would expect the Denver Broncos to pick up and inside linebacker and probably soon. John Elway and the Broncos have excelled at finding quality talent in the later rounds, so hopefully that trend will continue today.
Aside from inside linebacker, expect some depth along the offensive line and another late round running back. I wouldn't count out wide receiver either or another interior defensive lineman.
Here are the remaining Broncos draft picks.
- Round 4: Pick 136 (compensatory)
- Round 5: Pick 144 (from Ravens in Gino Gradkowski trade)
- Round 5: Pick 157 (from Jets in Ryan Clady trade)
- Round 6: Pick 219 (compensatory)
- Round 7: Pick 228 (from 49ers in Vernon Davis trade)
- Round 7: Pick 253
