2016 NFL Draft Results: Broncos select fullback Andy Janovich

Steven Branscombe-USA TODAY Sports

In the sixth round of the 2016 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos select former Nebraska fullback Any Janovich.

Head Coach Gary Kubiak said that the Broncos would be bringing back the fullback this offseason and he found his guy. Janovich is a solid blocker who will be a lead blocking for running backs, C.J. Anderson and Devontae Booker. Also, look out for those goal-line bootleg plays where Paxton Lynch will dump the ball off to the wide open Fullback.

Janovich is more of a true fullback while fan favorite Dan Vitale is more of an H-Back. The Gronkowski guy was only mentioned because of his last name.

I like the pick.
