Chris Harris Jr. feels Trevor Siemian has more command of the Denver Broncos offense

On The Afternoon Drive, Chris Harris Jr. revealed that he felt Trevor Siemian has more command of the offense, but that both he and Mark Sanchez are fairly equal out there.

Eric Goodman and Les Shapiro caught up with Pro Bowl cornerback Chris Harris Jr. on The Afternoon Drive on Thursday to talk Denver Broncos football. Harris revealed that the offensive struggles are more due to their defensive stoutness than some glaring hole on offense. No argument there.

As for quarterbacks, Harris felt both Mark Sanchez and Trevor Siemian are neck and neck in the quarterback battle. He gave the nod Siemian in terms of which guy had more command of the offense on the field, which aligns with Gary Kubiak naming him the starter for the second preseason game.

It seems the long-shot Siemian may just beat out Sanchez for the final job, but these preseason games will go a long way towards determining whether that will actually happen.
