Broncos-Panthers injury report: Jeff Heuerman and Bennie Fowler did not participate

The Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers are both nearly a full go for Thursday Night Football, though Denver has a few guys banged up.

As the Denver Broncos prepare for their Week 1 matchup with the Carolina Panthers, we are able to see that several players are getting back to full strength.

The first practice report has come out and there are some changes to how players are reported. On the teams’ final report the game status will only contain the following designations:

Out: Will not play

Doubtful: Unlikely the play

Questionable: Uncertain to play

The NFL has dropped the term “Probable” from the injury designation entirely. Most teams were probably fudging things anyway for every last drop of competitive advantage they think they might gain from it.
