Original Post:
According to NBC 4's Carol Maloney, Defensive Coordinator Wade Phillips will interview for the Washington Redskins Defensive Coordinator job.

Wade Phillips contract expired a few days back and with the Broncos being non-committal about his future, it appears Wade is beginning to move on with his career.
The Redskins fired their entire defensive staff after the season and could look to rebuild around Phillips who has coached the Broncos vaunted defense for the past two season. It has also been reported that newly hired Los Angeles Rams Head Coach Sean McVay was hoping to bring Wade Phillips with him to lead the Rams defense. So there is some competition for Wade who likely gets paid rather well by some team.
Now while it appears to be unlikely, there is a chance that Wade could return to the Broncos. Vance Joseph didn't rule it out during his press conference today but was pretty non-committal about it.
"I’m not sure. Wade is a free agent. He’s free to go where he wants to go. That’s a work in progress obviously. After this press conference I am going to deal with the staff issues. I prefer not to call plays. I’m the head coach here, but if I have to, I will. That’s something that I have in my back pocket. That’s a work in progress moving forward."
Vance has been making his media rounds since that press conference earlier today and he told Mile High Sports Eric Goodman that he will do everything he can to get Wade back with the Broncos.

So we shall see, but it appears that Wade already has one step out the door.
With Wade likely leaving, who do the Broncos have replacing Phillips as the Defensive Coordinator? 9NEWS Denver's Mike Klis named Defensive Backs coach Joe Woods and Linebacker's Coach Reggie Herring.
Broncos LB coach Reggie Herring, DB coach Joe Woods will be candidates for DCoordinator if Wade Phillips moves on as expected. #9sports

The favorite appears to be Joe Woods who has been receiving praise from the Broncos No Fly Zone members in recent days. Herring is also being considered and if you remember, he stepped in for Wade when he left during the San Diego game after a sideline collision with Chargers running back Melvin Gordon.
We should have confirmation on this situation in the coming hours/days, but right now it appears that Mike McCoy will be your Offensive Coordinator and Joe Woods will be your Defensive Coordinator.
