According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Los Angeles Rams have signed now former Denver Broncos defensive coordinator Wade Phillips to a contract. The reports early indicating that Phillips would be interviewing with the Washington Redskins ended up being false.
Wade Phillips has agreed to terms to become Rams defensive coordinator, per source.

The decision to let Wade walk must have come today as the Rams offer had to have been on the table for it to come out of nowhere like that. Perhaps Phillips was giving John Elway and the Broncos a chance to keep him, but ultimately it came down to keeping Joe Woods instead.
Wade Phillips' departure made tough call easy for Broncos. They were NOT going to lose rising star Joe Woods to keep Wade. #9sports

Be calm, Broncos Country. I reached out to Brandon Marshall to see if we should be worried about Woods taking over for Phillips. He didn't seem too worried.
@Skotty_Payne yea he's solid!
