The oddsmakers at BookMaker.eu have given their odds for the future head coach of the Denver Broncos. The clear favorites are Atlanta Falcons offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan and Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator Vance Joseph.

  • Kyle Shanahan +125
  • Vance Joseph +180
  • Darrell Bevell +1300
  • Joe DeCamillis +1500
  • Sean McVay +1750
  • Dave Toub +2000
  • Sean Payton +2000

As we already know, Shanahan is scheduled to interview with John Elway on Friday or Saturday. We have no word on any intent to interview Joseph, although, Mike Klis of 9News.com did mention on The Drive with DMac and Big Al that Joseph was high on Elway’s list of candidates.

Update 1:11 p.m. (1/3/2017): Rand Getlin has confirmed that Vance Joseph will be meeting with the Broncos regarding the head coaching vacancy.

As for the other candidates listed, only Washington Redskins offensive coordinator Sean McVay (via Albert Breer) and Kansas City Chiefs special teams coordinator Dave Toub (via Ian Rapoport) have been mentioned as guys the Broncos are expressing interest in. Jeff Legwold mentioned on Monday that Elway is also expected to request an interview with Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell.

As for Joe DeCamillis, Elway himself noted that he would not be interviewing any of the current Broncos coaching staff for this position. So don’t take that bad bet!
