The Denver Broncos are coming off their week four bye week, so they’re feeling well rested right now. That is shown on their first injury report of the week where they only have two players listed with injuries. The rest are key veterans getting a rest day before taking the field tomorrow.

Quarterback Paxton Lynch is expected to start throwing this week while receiver Cody Latimer is only dealing with a minor/nagging knee injury. So there are no real concerns with either of those two who are just backups anyways.

In other injury news, rookie tight end Jake Butt and injured edge rusher Shane Ray will begin practicing next week as well. So all is good in Bronco land right now on the injury front. They’re healthy and ready to make that postseason run throughout the remainder of the regular season.

As for the Giants, they’re a mess. They lost star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. to a season-ending broken ankle, and also lost Brandon Marshall(the receiver) for the season as well. Add in Sterling Shepard also hurt, and their wide receiver group is severely banged up.

They also have key defensive starters Landon Collins and Oliver Vernon on the injury report as well. Their defense took another big hit today when corner D. Rodgers-Cromartie left the team and was suspended. So the hits keep on coming for the winless Giants squad.
