When Trevor Siemian attempted to make a tackle on Janoris Jenkins in what would be a pick six for the New York Giants, he injured his left shoulder. The Denver Broncos immediately put Brock Osweiler into the game and reported that Siemian would be questionable to return, sending him to the locker room for further evaluation.
Trevor Siemian hurt same left shoulder that needed surgery to fix after last season.
